Therefore, 15 minutes will keep all your muscles and joints healthy.
Surfing stretching includes special exercises (running, jumping, general and stretching exercises, etc.) They consist of two parts: general and special. The general part of the warm-up can be almost the same as in all sports, and the special part should be closely linked to a chosen sport.
Before surfing you need to warm up the muscles and joints which are mainly used while riding. Pay special attention to the arms and shoulder joints, as it is necessary to puddle a lot, quickly and thoroughly. As well as legs, feet, knees, in case not to hurt them if you jump of the surfboard.
